In 2017, active women from business and society formed the association Lyderė to encourage women to pursue their careers more courageously and to contribute to gender equality and leadership in Lithuania.
We believe that both men and women should have the freedom to combine career and family - not to give up professional and personal development and financial stability for family plans.
